Live group mat Pilates classes.
Join a limited group of up to 15 people for a virtual mat Pilates class. These sessions are led in real-time with a recording available afterward for a limited time. You’ll get to connect with others virtually and move your body!
Private Pilates Sessions
Book a private 50-minute Pilates session to get a session tailored specifically for you. These sessions are recommended to be purchased in packages so you can see your progress and focus on movement that is tailored to your specific needs.
Private Group Sessions
Interested in hosting a private group Pilates class? Let me teach a Pilates class during your next bachelorette party, corporate wellness event, or birthday! Rates will vary.
